Return & Refund Policy

At Mominic.com, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with an easy, hassle-free return experience. Please read the following points carefully before initiating the return process:

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange for you.

Return Criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

Return Process:

  • Before initiating the return process, please record a video and/or take pictures of the package and product.
  • Send an email to support@mominic.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER xx” (replace xx with your order number).
  • Attach the recorded video and/or pictures of the package and product to the email.
  • Mention the reason for returning the product(s).
  • Confirm that the product(s) are unused and in their original brand-new condition.
  • Our team will review your return request and provide you with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Item is not in its original condition
  • Item is damaged
  • Item is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please re-check your bank account.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable):

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Restocking Fee:

  • Goods ordered in error by the customer or goods the customer wishes to return are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoice value of the goods.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, it will be applicable for the same item only, and not in exchange for any other.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of the return.
